This site was designed and developed for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. This site provides information for those interested to learn more about MS, those with MS, family and friends, researchers, professionals, donors and volunteers, and event participants. I interacted with the customer to understand the purpose of the site and needs of the users. From this information and further research about the different audience members, I developed a sitemap that gives an outline of the site; content outline that provides details about the outline of the site; wireframes that displays what information should appear on a page and the ways in which the information can be interacted with; and wireframe notes that provide details about the elements on the wireframes.
I performed a user test of the site with general population, participants with MS, and professionals who care for those with MS or conduct MS research. I developed a test plant, test screener, and analysis and recommendations report.
In addition, I worked on the design of chapter websites and a micro site for the MS Walk. The work consisted of sitemaps, content outlines, wireframes, and wireframe notes.
Below are snapshots for the work I performed with links to download more information.
